Our second outing for the year will be a trip to the MCG on Thursday 30th April. We will travel by train to Richmond in either the second last or last carriage. Train timetable is Mordialloc 8.48, Parkdale 8.50, Mentone 8.52, Cheltenham 8.55, Southland 8.57, Highett 8.59 and arriving at Richmond at 9.28. We will then walk down Ron Barassi Way (previously Brunton Ave) to Gate 3 where we will meet our tour guide for a 10.00 am start. The MCG tour and Museum will take approximately 2 hours after which we will be ready for lunch at either the Paddock café or the Trumble bar and café which are both near the museum.
The cost of the tour is $32.00 to be paid into the Probus club account by 20th April.
